Since 2006 Chris has dedicated his time to perform a wide variety of residential real estate appraisals from earth mound homes to million dollar properties, specializing in rural and unique valuations. He has served as an expert witness for the Seminole County court system. With great attention to detail learned as a squad leader while serving in the Marine Corps and an A.S. degree in Radiology, Chris is ready to handle all your appraisal needs.
